When we talk about someone who’s a home maker we generally tend to think of them as someone wasting their potential. Sure there’s a lot more a woman or any person can do than being just a home maker. But it’s one tough job. Those who are working on another job while being a home maker are just incredible. Super-women really. Ask the ones who’re doing it.
Being ‘just’ a home-maker is sacrificing your own desires for taking care of family’s needs, making sure the kids are clean and tidy along-with the house, making sure the finances of the house are in order and everyone is fed well. Each day, 24×7 job, 365 days a year. She’s a wife, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, mother, the maid, the nurse, the cook, the doctor, the driver, the teacher, the counsellor, the accountant and many more roles that I may have missed. So next time you see your mother, your wife, or someone you know is ‘just a home maker’ know that she’s not just a home maker.
